Zach Jones joins the Scripta team as the new Senior Sales Executive. He brings over a decade of experience in the wholesale insurance markets, primarily focusing on disruptive cost containment solutions for self-funded employers. Zach has extensive experience working with complicated programs that reallocate money back to the bottom line through attacking the different components of the healthcare supply chain. He has spent time working with brokers, TPAs, PBMs, and reinsurance carriers on a national basis, delivering insight and executing solutions that have delivered millions of dollars of savings back to employer’s health plans.
Zach was most recently part of RX overlay program and consortium solution geared towards changing the way mid-market employers self-fund and purchase high cost brand/specialty medications.
Zach has been an expert on various podcasts and spoken at industry conferences about ways to better deliver employer sponsored healthcare for the employer and member. His ability to relate to the nuances of the sales process for the broker community allows him to build strong partnerships that are mutually beneficial, and he looks forward to using these skills at Scripta.
